Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and activity performed through your account.

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to KaribuOps or another user's workspace.

Operators are responsible for the catalog, itinerary, prices, availability, and policies they publish, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

Operators are responsible for reviewing booking requests and confirming trip arrangements directly with travelers. A submitted request is not, by itself, confirmation that travel services are booked.

Plan features and prices are shown on the pricing page and during checkout. Any billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax terms must be stated in the applicable checkout flow or a final agreement.

KaribuOps may be updated as the product evolves. This draft does not set service-level commitments, warranties, or liability limits; those require review and approval in the final terms.
